How Hospitality Tech Guide handles sources, examples, product coverage and commercial links.
Useful advice before product promotion
We write for restaurant and cafe operators. Guides should explain the task, a simple starting process, costs and limitations, and when existing or free tools may be sufficient.
Sources and experience
Specific product claims link to relevant primary sources where available. Vendor documentation describes published behaviour, not our independent performance test. We do not label researched coverage a hands-on review or invent ratings, restaurant testimonials or results.
Stories and numbers
Restaurant and cafe scenarios explain operating decisions. Worked figures demonstrate a method; they are not industry benchmarks, provider prices or promised outcomes. Calculator contribution is not whole-business profit.
Commercial relationships
There are currently no active affiliate links on this site. Ordinary product links do not earn us a commission. If approved affiliate links are introduced, we will disclose the relationship alongside the relevant content. A relationship will not justify recommending unnecessary software or hiding a material limitation.
